Infusing your water is a simple way to raise your daily water consumption while still making it enjoyable to drink. Here are some easy and enjoyable ways to naturally infuse your water so that you can enjoy it. An essential nutrient you’ll ever consume is water. Water is, in reality, necessary for all life on Earth. As a result, getting enough of it is crucial. However, there are occasions when we need assistance. This is where these flavoured water recipe ideas come in. Start sipping water infused with these fruity, herbaceous flavours, and you’ll notice a difference in your hydration in no time!

  1. Strawberry, Key Lime, Passionfruit, and Kiwi: Add about ten strawberries (sliced), one kiwi (sliced), one passionfruit pulp, and 3-4 key limes or one standard lime to a pitcher. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice and sparkling water, then muddle the ingredients.
  2. Cucumber, Lemon + Mint: 1 English cucumber, one big lemon (sliced), and a handful of fresh mint are added to a pitcher. Fill the pitcher with ice water and muddle ingredients.
  3. Watermelon, Lemon + Mint: Take one cup of small watermelon chunks, one big lemon (sliced), and a handful of mint leaves. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice water and muddle the ingredients.
  4. Basil and Blueberry: take 1 cup cold water, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup new basil. Allow for at least 2 hours or overnight infusion for maximum flavour. If you want to amp up the taste, muddle the berries.
  5. Peach, Berry and lemon: 1 cup blueberries + blackberries, one giant peach (sliced), and one large lemon (cut). Peach, Berry, and Lemon: in a pitcher, combine 1 cup blueberries + blackberries, one large peach (sliced), and one large lemon (cut). Fill the pitcher halfway with ice water and muddle the ingredients.
  6. Cherry, Lemon and Mint:  Take 1 cup of cherries (pits removed), one big lemon (sliced), and a handful of mint in a pitcher. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice water and mix.
  7. Lemon, Rosemary with Frozen Grapes: Take one big lemon (sliced), a sprig of rosemary, and a small handful of frozen seedless grapes (instead of ice cubes) in a container. Fill the glass halfway with water. In the end, eat the grapes!
  8. Orange, Strawberry and Mint: Take two oranges (sliced), about ten strawberries, and a handful of mint are placed in a pitcher. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice water and muddle the ingredients.
  9. Raspberry, Nectarine, Lemon and Ginger:  1 lemon, one big nectarine (sliced), one thumb-sized piece of ginger (sliced), and a handful of fresh raspberries in a pitcher (cut). Fill with ice and sparkling water and muddle.
  10. Basil, Key Lime, Ginger and Lemongrass:  Take one handful of basil, 3-4 key limes or one standard lime (sliced), soft inner leaves from 1 lemongrass stalk (sliced), and one thumb-sized piece of ginger are among the ingredients (cut). Fill a pitcher halfway with ice water and muddle the ingredients.
